ABOUT THE ROLE Reflection is building at the frontier, which means the bar for talent is exceptionally high — and keeping that bar requires the right systems. We're looking for a Talent Management Lead to own how we evaluate, develop, and advance our people. You'll design and run performance cycles, build the frameworks managers use to make calibration and promotion decisions, and create the career architecture that helps our team grow. This isn't a program maintenance role — it's a builders role. You'll work closely with People and Compensation leadership to ensure our talent infrastructure is rigorous, fair, and scales with the company. If you've built performance and career systems from scratch at a high-growth company and know what great looks like, we want to talk. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the design, implementation, and operation of the company's performance management programs and review cycles. - Develop and evolve performance frameworks, rating methodologies, and evaluation processes. - Lead end-to-end performance cycles, including planning, communications, training, execution, calibration, and reporting. - Design and facilitate calibration sessions with managers and leadership teams. - Partner with Compensation and People leadership on performance outcomes, job architecture, promotion frameworks, and talent decisions. - Own promotion cycle design, governance, and execution. - Develop career progression frameworks and support leveling and role architecture initiatives. - Build and manage internal mobility processes and career development programs. - Create and deliver manager training on performance management, feedback, promotions, and c
