Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field., 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR/payroll technology product ownership., Proven experience with global HR and payroll systems (SuccessFactors EC, Payroll, ServiceNow HRSD)., Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills., Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have
understanding of shared services, vendor management, and process improvement methodologies.
What You'll Do.
Support and optimize global Talent processes
Manage deployment and improvement of global Talent processes
Serve as product owner for HR technology platforms
Oversee help desk operations for Talent queries
Implement escalation procedures for high-priority Talent issues
Approve and update desktop procedures
Maintain governance controls
Drive automation and analytics initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Accenture and GBS in a “Two in a Box” model; Collaborate with IT, vendors, and managed services; Partner with HR Alignment Networks, HRBPs, GBS, IT, Finance, and vendors
