What You'll Do.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles
Partner with hiring managers
Source passive candidates
Coordinate interviews
manage candidate communication
accurate data in the ATS
provide regular pipeline updates
Support HR operations
Assist with HR administrative tasks
