What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 to 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, executive search, recruiting, talent intelligence, consulting, research, or a similarly analytical and people-focused environment, Experience sourcing or engaging talent across business, operational, executive, or technical functions, Excellent written communication and outreach personalization skills
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and modern sourcing tools, Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or advanced sourcing methodologies
