Must Have
Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, HR, or statistics, Experience in workforce planning, Experience in capacity forecasting, Experience in recurring reporting for leadership, Proven track record of managing analysts, Proven track record of developing analysts, Ownership of workforce data management, Ownership of data quality standards, Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Advanced proficiency in BI/dashboarding tools, Experience translating workforce data into actionable insights, Experience handling cross-functional stakeholder data requests, Experience delivering outputs to agreed SLAs, Fluent English proficiency, Authorization to work in the Philippines
