What You'll Do.

Managing the people lifecycle

Day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees

Payroll and benefits administration

Employee record-keeping

Compliance with labour laws and regulations

Managing employee inquiries and issues

Enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly

Executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities

Primary HR point of contact in the resolution

escalation or routing of inquiries

Gather information from a range of sources to analyse facts and discern patterns

Learn and apply professional and technical standards

Uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy

Creating a unique people experience for each individual

Supporting our Firm-wide values
