WE OFFER: * Work Environment : Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) in Garner, NC * Compensation : $66,400 Fixed Annual Rate * Team Culture : Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture. Members work closely, share ideas, and help each other to improve training and processes. Open communication, flexibility, and professionalism are valued, while leadership encourages innovation and recognizes individual strengths. The environment is positive, engaging, and fun. * Work Schedule : Typically, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
