What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience or education related staff training or in-service presentation, Demonstrated success in conducting virtual or web-based training programs, Ability to maintain balance while moving or being pushed or pulled, Ability to lower themselves into a half-squat position while keeping their back straight, Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting
Nice to Have
Certifications in required training programs (CPR, CBRF First Aid, CBRF Fire Safety, CBRF Standard Precautions, CPI Mandt, Mandt 3.0, etc.), Experience using Relias or Workday Learning, Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, Comfort leading sessions with up to 70 participants
What You'll Do.
Facilitating New Employee Orientation
Creating effective training materials using Word
Fostering ongoing dialogue with all staff levels regarding training requirements and needs
Assisting in organizational and departmental in-service training
Updating and tracking training completions
and essential data in the Learning Management System
Delivering training remotely using platforms like Zoom
Providing support with technical issues during virtual trainings
Working with staff to maximize training benefits and enhance program effectiveness

Collaborate with colleagues and assist in organizational and departmental in-service training; Work together with staff to maximize training benefits; Partner with other trainers and departments to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a virtual setting
