Role Summary The Classroom Facilitator delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and drive behavior change. This role focuses on facilitation excellence, learner engagement, and adapting content in real time to meet audience needs. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topics * Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment * Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedback * Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectiveness * Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution * Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts * Coach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions ## Qualifications What You Have * 2–5+ years of facilitation or training experience * Strong presentation and communication skills * Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics * Comfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platforms * Experience in adult learning environments preferred * Demonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindset * Ability to speak Spanish preferred * Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Success Measures * Learner engagement and participation levels * Facilitation quality and consistency * Learner confidence and skill application post-training * Fee
