We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Ottawa for the next 12 months. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, coordinating and continuously improving learning and development solutions that support business performance and organizational growth. You will work closely with leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and translate them into practical, scalable learning solutions. This role supports both technical and leadership development across the organization and requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with colleagues across Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States to leverage global learning resources while ensuring solutions meet local business needs. In this role you will be: * Participate in the full lifecycle of learning and talent development programs, including needs analysis, content development, communications, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives * Design, coordinate, and facilitate virtual and in-person learning programs, workshops, leadership training sessions and sessions across GD * Administer and coordinate standard training. Examples include our New Hire Training and Annual Compliance Training * Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to support the development and delivery of impactful learning solutions * Manage end-to-end program administration including scheduling,
