What They're Looking For.

Must Have

An undergraduate degree is required, along with additional training or certificates in a relevant field being a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel industry is necessary.

Nice to Have

Proven experience working in top luxury resorts is considered a plus.

What You'll Do.

The Talent Development Officer is responsible for managing and implementing training programs within the resort

including preparing monthly and annual training calendars

developing departmental training systems

and coordinating with external training suppliers. This role also involves maintaining training records

conducting team member orientations

evaluating on-the-job training

and assisting in the implementation of quality concepts to improve employee performance and align with the Constance Hotels Group's DNA and ambitions.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works closely with Heads of Department to improve employee performance and collaborates with the Talent Development Manager on reporting and status updates. Contributes to regional employee development activities as directed by senior management.
