Experience in complex global multinational organizations, Demonstrable track record of business impact, Demonstrable experience managing one or more complex HR projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, Technical capabilities and knowledge in HR associated with one or more of the following disciplines: Talent Review, OD and change management, Advanced English

Coordinate implementation with HRBP team
Organize and facilitate annual performance management cycle
Assist HRBP's in T&D interventions
Assist in introduction/implementation of new talent processes
Coordinate Talent Review Program
Assist HRBP's in developing career paths
Facilitate transversal changes for talent development
Support senior executive teams on talent planning
Develop support and coaching plans for managers
Collaborate on workforce planning strategies
Lead Talent Acquisition team
Coordinate cluster D&I committee
Act as HRBP business partner
Ensure HR solutions align with business needs
Ensure proper onboarding process for new employees
Comply with SHE policy
Report quality events and claims
Financially plan and manage budgets

### **Objetivo del puesto:** ### ### Gestiona el diseño y la estrategia para acelerar el proceso de adquisición de talento en el cluster Cono Sur, al tiempo que ayuda a construir una sólida cartera de talentos mediante la implementación de diferentes planes de desarrollo. Brinda soporte a las áreas asignadas en la gestión integral de sus equipos de trabajo de acuerdo con los lineamientos, estrategias y políticas vigentes. ### ### **Funciones Principales:** ### * ### Diseña el plan de desarrollo de los talentos en línea con las necesidades del negocio y las políticas y lineamientos globales, y coordina su implementación con el equipo de HRBP´s. * ### Organiza y facilita el ciclo anual de gestión de performance para el cluster Cono Sur y asiste a los HRBP´s para su implementación. * ### Contribuye con los HRBP´s en las intervenciones de T&D requeridas, basadas en las brechas identificadas en el personal, incluida la contratación y el desarrollo. * ### Asiste en la introducción/implementación de nuevos procesos, sistemas y herramientas de talento y desarrollo y reclutamiento. * ### Coordina junto a los HRBP´s el Programa de Talent Review para garantizar planes de sucesión sólidos, grupos de talentos de calidad e identificación rápida necesidades en posiciones críticas, en coordinación con los HRBP´s * ### Asiste a los HRBP´s en el desarrollo de trayectorias profesionales para el talento (transversales o funcionales) y ayuda a facilitar cambios transversales para el desarrollo del talento. * ### Ayuda a proyectos o iniciativas enfocadas en equipos ejecutivos senior para liderar prácticas mejoradas de planificación de talento y gestión de personal, brindando apoyo y experiencia. * ### Desarrolla planes y programas de apoyo y entrenamiento para gerentes de línea, miembros del grupo de talentos y miembros del equipo senior. * ### Colabora con la definición de estrategias de planificación de la fuerza laboral al proporcionar un profundo conocimiento de los talentos del clus
