This role focuses on identifying, accelerating, and positioning talent to meet current and future business needs. This role is a part of Prysmian’s wider Talent Management Team and will work across all functions of the organization. This role ensures we have the right leaders, ready at the right time, by building a strong succession pipeline and aligning talent strategy to future business needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate succession planning across the North American region * Own the annual performance and talent review processes, partnering closely with business leaders to ensure strong alignment with business goals, KPIs, and leadership principles * Design and run calibration sessions to ensure performance and talent evaluations are fair, consistent, and meaningful * Coach leaders on how to assess employee performance and potential * Work with HR and business leaders to identify future skill and capability needs based on company strategy * Translate business priorities into
