ABOUT THE ROLE The purpose of the Talent Development Manager role is to execute high-impact talent initiatives across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth.  The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to ensure the organisation’s talent aligns with its strategic goals.
