You will move beyond traditional reporting to own and support human capital budgeting, workforce planning, and forecasting, ensuring talent strategy aligns tightly with financial and operational goals. Driven by increasing demand for deeper insights and the expansion of our Visier analytics platform, this role is critical to scaling the firm’s ability to understand and manage headcount, spend, and organizational performance. You will partner closely with the Talent Data Manager and serve as a key bridge between Talent, Finance, Recruiting, and business leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the firm.
