See yourself at Twilio Join the team as Twilio’s next R advanced degree or professional certifications in HR/OD preferred. Minimum 10+ years as an HRBP, talent management, or talent development (preferably in a global, matrixed environment). Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a fast-paced, global tech company. Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes (performance management, compensation, talent reviews/calibrations) with demonstrated ability to translate and adapt global corporate programs to meet specific business unit needs. Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership (Sr. Director, VP+) to design and execute leadership development, succession planning, and executive readiness programs. Excellent consultative skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, push back constructively, and act as a trusted coach to senior leaders and HR Business Partners. Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills that engage diverse audiences and drive clarity in complex environments. Location This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Travel We prioritize connection
