Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience supporting HR operations or employee lifecycle processes in an India context, Comfort using AI tools for productivity, attention to detail and judgment, Ability to work effectively with HRIS platforms
What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
Leverage HR systems and AI tools
Streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Enhance employee and manager experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition
Compensation & Benefits
Act as day-to-day operational point of contact
Support managers and leaders with HR processes
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Execute employee exit processes end-to-end
Manage background verification processes
Process Workday transactions
Partner with Workday teams
Identify repetitive activities and propose improvements
Leverage technology to improve HR communication
Contribute to building self-service resources
Manage HR compliance transactions and documentation
Coordinate payroll-impacting inputs
Maintain and update India-specific employee documentation
