Scopely is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team operating on a hybrid schedule from our Bangalore hub! This hybrid role involves working from the office 3–5 days per week. Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system) Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting Contribute to
