As we continue to grow our Talent Management division, we're looking for a Talent Coordinator to support creator partnerships, campaign execution, and talent operations across our roster. ### Role Overview The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Management team while helping execute brand partnerships and creator initiatives across a diverse roster of talent. This is a highly execution-focused role centered around campaign coordination, creator support, relationship management, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Talent Managers throughout the lifecycle of creator partnerships while gaining hands-on experience in talent representation, brand negotiations, and creator business development. This role is designed as a long-term growth opportunity. High performers will have a clear path toward becoming a Talent Manager as they develop expertise in creator partnerships, negotiations, and talent strategy. ### Key Responsibilities ### Campaign Execution & Partnership Management Manage brand partnerships from contract execution through campaign completion Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, content reviews, and posting schedules Serve as a liaison between creators, brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly Track campaign progress and proactively identify potential risks or blockers Monitor campaign milestones and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
