What You'll Do.

and candidate tracking from first touch through offer
Ensure interviewers are well-prepared with the proper context
and logistics to run effective interviews
Spot friction or inefficiencies in the hiring process and proactively suggest improvements
Partner with the talent team on recruiting initiatives such as referrals
and process iteration
Bring an equity and fairness lens to hiring operations

well-calibrated interview experiences
