Must Have
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and verbal), At least 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function, Experience in ATS systems, Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them, Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving, Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes
Nice to Have

Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist
identify position requirements
develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategies
Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy
Perform screening and first contact with candidates
help them along the selection process
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience
Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies
