In this role, you’ll help people own it. ## Main Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives. Maintain talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates globally via social media, professional networks, and other channels. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate data. Conduct market research and analyze recruitment metrics to generate data-driven insights. Continuously seek innovative ways to improve talent sourcing and enhance recruitment processes. Take part in additional initiatives (e.g., employer branding, candidate experience, internal process improvements, implementation of new tools and/or platforms). ## Core Requirements Previous experience in talent sourcing, as well as willingness to continue developing within this area of Talent Acquisition.
