This position partners closely with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Greif's Talent Attraction strategy. This role serves as a key member of Greif's global Talent Attraction team, bringing knowledge of local labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA.
