Drive talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles

Elevate sourcing strategies

Proactively source candidates

Develop and execute sourcing strategies

Partner with hiring managers

Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Utilize feedback to improve talent acquisition process

Own employee experience interface

Create and maintain documentation

Create and maintain employee records

Ensure data integrity across People Systems

Contribute to implementing talent and people programs
