What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global companies). Proficiency in Excel (advanced). High familiarity and interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a track record of using AI tools to optimize daily TA tasks. Ability to leverage Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to identify trends and enable data-backed hiring decisions. Demonstrated ability to align candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

Preference for Greenhouse ATS. Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and fluency in English are mandatory requirements.

What You'll Do.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies

Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks

Ensure compliance with global labor laws

Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and ensure a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives.; Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, leveraging advanced data analytics (including Power BI, Tableau, and funnel metrics) to drive innovative sourcing strategies and enable the best hiring decisions. Beyond execution, you will be an early adopter of AI technologies, integrating them into your daily workflow to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and process efficiency.
