ABOUT THE ROLE: As a strategic recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, at Hims & Hers the Talent Acquisition Lead serves as a critical partner to our onsite Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center leadership teams. In this role, you won't just sit on the sidelines—you will lead by example. You will split your time between driving strategic recruiting initiatives, coaching a small but dedicated TA team, and managing a requisition load to support Pharmacist hiring for our site.
