About the role Join us as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech & Product to own how Lexroom hires the engineers and product people who build our legal AI. You'll report to our Talent Acquisition Manager as the first dedicated tech recruiter in the team, with direct impact on the 200+ hires we're making this year. Your key responsibilities - Own the full recruiting cycle for tech and product roles, from sourcing to offer and contract. - Run both inbound pipelines and proactive sourcing on LinkedIn to fill hard-to-find technical roles. - Partner with technical hiring managers and turn their needs into sharp, fast processes. - Read your pipeline like a funnel: spot where conversion drops and act before roles stall. - Help build our hiring playbook (sourcing, closing and offer standards) as the team scales.
