Ninja is excited to offer a Talent Acquisition position under the Tamheer program, designed to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and professional development in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications. * Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. * Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration. * Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives. * Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases. * Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks. **Requirements** * Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Detail-oriented and eager to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
