Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting top tech candidates, with a focus on Security and specialized technical roles. Design and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for technical teams. Oversee end-to-end hiring processes from job posting through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and structured process management. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and deliver successful hires. Requirements: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within technical or IT-focused environments. Proven experience hiring for software engineering, IT, or other technical roles, including Security-related positions. Strong experience conducting competency-based and structured interviews. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic hiring environment.
