Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for security-related and technical roles Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality cybersecurity and specialized technical talent Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and optimize hiring outcomes Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and technical fit Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines and provide regular updates on hiring progress Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives Collaborate across teams to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner Requirements: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within tech or specialized talent markets Proven experience recruiting for security or cybersecurity-related roles Strong ability to conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate technical candidates effectively Excellent sourcing skills with experience using multiple recruitment channels and tools Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Upper-Intermediate English or higher Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align and influence hiring managers Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with strong ownership mindset Benefits: Fully remote working arrangement across Europe 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days annually Public holidays in line with company-approved calendar Comprehensive medical insurance coverage Professional education and upskilling budget Language learning support budget Wellness benefits including gym membership and sports-r
