Support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties, Actively participate in all recruiting processes, Perform administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts, Assist with screening applicant/resumes, Coordinate phone/in-person interviews, Assist recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events, Create postings and run reports out of Applicant Tracking System, Coordinate background checks through Background Screening Vendor, Notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires Onboarding progress, Schedule new employee orientation classes
