Own recruitment process for Pharmacy Technicians
Move candidates through sourcing
Partner with Pharmacy Managers and shift supervisors
Understand immediate staffing gaps
Coordinate rapid interview loops

Ensure candidates meet regulations and certifications
Audit and optimize hiring workflows
Remove friction for candidates

At Hims & Hers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in scaling our specialized frontline healthcare teams, with a primary focus on high-volume Pharmacy Technician hiring. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the localized talent pipelines that keep our pharmacy operations running seamlessly. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians, partner closely with Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists-in-Charge, and work hand-in-hand with the TA team to deliver a frictionless, candidate-obsessed hiring experience. YOU WILL: - High-Volume Pharmacy Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Pharmacy Technicians (certified, registered, and trainees).
