Must Have
3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment, Proven experience recruiting IT profiles across different seniority levels and technologies, Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently, Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform, organizational and communication skills, Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments, Eagerness to contribute ideas and continuously improve processes, Advanced or Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an outsourcing or staffing company, Experience recruiting for international clients, Knowledge of technical roles and software development methodologies, Experience working with recruitment metrics and reporting

Coordinate interview processes
Track and maintain candidate information
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Ensure positive candidate experience
Collaborate with internal teams
Proactively suggest process improvements
