What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting or High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, Ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, Experience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.), Demonstrated experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc., Must be a U. S. Person (U. S. Citizen, or U. S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U. S. federal contracts, Successful clearance of a background check and drug test

Manage the full recruitment life cycle
Coordinate interviews
Close for non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Create engaging job descriptions
Define efficient recruitment strategies
Calibrate candidate and department needs
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
Serve as the candidate’s point of contact
Ensure positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems
Collaborate closely with Human Resources team
Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity
Assist with providing market and compensation analysis
Provide competitor insights
Partner with Recruiting team members for project
Perform other related duties
