What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of professional recruiting experience, building and implementing effective sourcing & recruiting strategies across multiple European countries, hunter mentality, previous experience conducting high-volume recruiting searches and sourcing, Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting related tools, Ability to align talent acquisition team objectives with business priorities, meticulous with project and time management experience and skills, demonstrable track record of meeting set deadlines, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, metric and performance driven using analytics to drive decision making, Proven positive communication skills, ability to connect with people internally & externally and at varying levels of the organization, collaborative, creative, operate with urgency, ability to prioritize effectively, Fluent in English

Bi-lingual, preferably in Czech, Previous experience recruiting for internships & early career roles, Previous experience with Workday

This role will be part of a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team and will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager – North America & Europe who is based out of the United States.
