Join Our Global Recruitment Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, based out of Athens. Our Recruitment Team & Our Values Guidepoint’s Recruitment team is an integral part of a company that prides itself on identifying the most qualified person for the job. The team consists of 30+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint. Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level hires, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments. This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA.
