Join Our Global Recruitment Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, based out of Athens.  Our Recruitment Team & Our Values   Guidepoint’s Recruitment team is an integral part of a company that prides itself on identifying the most qualified person for the job. The team consists of 30+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.   Your Role  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level hires, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments.  This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA.  A Day in Your New Role  Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid–level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career centers, and student organizations Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote Guidepoint’s brand Collaborate with the Global TA team t
