Experience in independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels (both white and blue-collar roles), command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms, A proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset is essential, Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
Croatian language skills are considered an advantage, Experience in the technical industry
What You'll Do.
Managing recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue-collar
managerial and director-level)
Handling the full end-to-end recruitment process
including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies
Building talent pools for business-critical positions
Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient
and engaging for candidates
Utilizing external recruitment tools such as Workday
and other social media platforms to identify and attract top talent
Collaborating with schools and universities
organizing internship and trainee programs
and promoting KONE among young talents
