You will collaborate with an experienced recruitment team, gain access to active client mandates, and utilize established delivery processes, allowing you to concentrate on your core strength—identifying and engaging top-tier talent. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee the entire recruitment process for Engineering and Leadership roles from start to finish. * Identify and source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping techniques. * Perform candidate screening and initial evaluations. * Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring stages. * Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership positions. * Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. * Work closely with delivery managers and account teams to drive successful hiring outcomes. * Participate in market research and talent mapping activities. ### Desired Profile * 3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing. * Experience in recruiting for sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology is preferred. * Proficient in sourcing and headhunting skilled candidates. * Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Sel
