## Description Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced�Talent Acquisition Specialist�to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will lead the recruiting efforts for Vensure and all Division Partners.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. Keep the candidate informed of the offer process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Represent Company in community and recruiting events. Notify non-selected candidates. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions. Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws Marginal Functions Other duties as assigned .
