Must Have

2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nice to Have

PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus, Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Partner with talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Source candidates through various channels

Cold calling potential candidates

Conduct thorough interviews

Assess candidates' qualifications

Assess candidates' skills

Assess candidates' cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Keep the candidate informed of the offer process

Build and maintain relationships with candidates

Ensure a positive candidate experience

Manage candidate pipelines

Track recruitment metrics

Stay updated on industry trends

Stay updated on best practices in recruitment

Represent Company in community and recruiting events

Notify non-selected candidates

Provide high-quality advice to management

Provide service to management on daily recruiting questions

Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting

Provide support to hiring managers related to interviewing

Provide support to hiring managers related to document

Maintain the confidentiality of all personnel records
