To find and engage interpreters who help bridge communication gaps. This role exists for one core reason: to ensure the right voices show up where they’re needed most. You’ll focus on high-demand languages like Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Russian, while bringing curiosity and creativity to more specialized language needs when they arise. You won’t just build pipelines — you’ll build pathways for connection. Find talent where others aren’t looking * Creatively source interpreters in high-demand languages (especially Spanish and Portuguese) using social platforms, networks, and communities * Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-go pipeline for urgent and high-volume needs * Step into specialized sourcing challenges for rare or indigenous languages when business needs call for it Turn outreach into relationships * Engage candidates in a way that makes them feel seen, understood, and valued * Assess language skills, certifications, and experience through thoughtful screening conversations * Build trust across diverse communities with authenticity and cultural awareness Connect with communities * Develop partnership
