What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 to 4 Years of Experience in recruiting or sourcing, Proven ability to find and engage talent in commonly spoken languages, Comfort working across diverse communities and cultural contexts, Bachelor's degree or relevant language experience, Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and social media sourcing, Sound judgment and ability to adapt
Nice to Have
Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring needs, Exposure to sourcing for rare, indigenous, or specialized languages, Fluency in another language
