We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Manufacturing Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for our manufacturing teams in Solon. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the talent needed to support our growing operations teams today and in the future. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** • Own full cycle recruiting for high volume hourly manufacturing roles, including operators, technicians, material handlers, and skilled trades. • Manage the recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer extension. • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by promoting the nVent employer brand through job fairs, community outreach, employee referrals, and digital sourcing channels. • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals while providing guidance and market insight to hiring partners. • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time to fill, start rates, and retention to drive continuous improvement. • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. **YOU HAVE:** • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Ideally 5+ years of hourly recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partne
