We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting Team and support hiring for large-scale construction projects across multiple markets. This role will focus heavily on high-volume recruitment of skilled trades professionals including electricians, journeymen, apprentices, laborers, foremen, and other field personnel supporting mission-critical and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building talent pipelines, and has a passion for connecting skilled workers with career opportunities. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to field leadership and hiring managers, helping ensure projects are staffed with qualified talent to meet operational demands and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume skilled trades and construction field positions. Recruit and hire electricians, journeymen, apprentices, laborers, foremen, supervisors, and other craft professionals. Partner closely with field operations leaders, project managers, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies. Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified skilled trades candidates across multiple geographic markets.
