With offices located at major international shipping hubs and a global network of agents and partners, Imperative is a critical partner in your supply chain. # # JOB SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the organization’s talent acquisition processes with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple concurrent openings, from talent attraction and sourcing to pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely fulfillment of high-priority staffing needs. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, interpret recruitment KPIs, and implement actions that accelerate hiring outcomes.
