You'll review each role brief, shortlist candidates from our talent database, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with our internal delivery and sourcing teams to get roles closed. This is a hands-on, target-driven seat for someone who thrives on ownership and pace. ### What you'll do **Own your roles end-to-end** * Take full ownership of assigned client roles, from reviewing the role brief through to a successful placement. * Hit monthly placement targets and keep a healthy pipeline of live roles running at all times. **Match and shortlist candidates** * Shortlist strong candidates for each role using our internal talent database, AI matching tools, and other sourcing channels. * Submit candidates that match the brief within agreed timelines. * Flag when the talent pool is exhausted and request extra sourcing support. **Source, interview & post jobs** * Source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, and other channels when the talent pool is thin or the role is niche. * Interview candidates yourself when you need to confirm fit, verify experience, or fill gaps left by upstream screening. * Create and manage job ads on our AT
