The team: You will join our Shared Service Center for Recruitment, reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager. The Shared Service Center currently supports recruitment across Germany, Czechia, and our Group and Service functions in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. As part of our wider Group People & Culture (P&C) organisation, the Recruitment team plays a key role in shaping Heimstaden's culture and success by attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This full-time position is based in our Ostrava office with onsite presence required. While your primary focus will be recruiting for Czechia, you will also support projects in the Shared Service Center that apply for several countries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with local hiring managers and the local P&C teams to understand business needs, advise on talent strategies, and deliver successful recruitment outcomes. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: * Lead recruitment activities for Czechia from start to finish. * Focus on attracting new talent through active search activities on LinkedIn and Teamio, bringing a “headhunter” mentality and being motivated to fill niche and specialist positions. * Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and talent market insights. * Partner closely with the local People & Culture team in Ostrava and other key stakeholders. * Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding. * Recruit for a broad range of positions, with approximately 80% focused on corp
