If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us. **About the role:** As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't just be filling seats - you will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a pivotal role in driving our growth by finding and attracting top talent to Financeit. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will own the day-to-day, full-cycle recruitment process across departments. This is a hands-on role where your energy, exceptional organization skills, and passion for candidate experience will directly shape our team and company culture. **What you'll be doing:** * Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organization (e.g. Sales, Operations, Engineering) * Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure every application has a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from their initial application to the offer and onboarding stage. * Market Mapping & Creative Sourcing: Research our competitors and target companies to identify high-performing talent aligned with our team and company goals. * Recruitment Marketing: Actively promote and engage passive talent through creative channels to build a diverse pipeline for current and future openings. * Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, assist in drafting job postings, and supporting them through the intervi
