Must Have
minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role, experience working to deadlines in a KPI driven role, written and verbal English communication skills, Interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, Basic knowledge of labour and employment laws
Nice to Have
HR administration experience would be considered a plus
What You'll Do.
Use the internal ATS to manage applications and collecting documentation
Organizing interviews
Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment processes
Taking part in the interviews and meetings
Manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updates at all points of the interview process
Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
Attend recruitment fairs
Assist with candidate resourcing
Assist with general recruitment administration
