What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house), Proven experience in high-volume / mass recruitment, Fluent in English B2-C1, Proactive mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in gaming, BPO, hospitality, or similar high-volume industries, Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment or employer branding purposes, Knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, or similar ATS platforms

What You'll Do.

Support end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume operational roles

Source candidates through LinkedIn

and social media platforms

Manage large daily CV inflow and maintain structured pipeline tracking

Conduct high-volume on site interviews

Coordinate hiring events

recruitment campaigns

Publish and manage job postings across all predefined recruitment channels

Use ATS tools and internal systems to keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized

Support and create recruitment campaigns through social media channels to increase employer branding and candidate attraction

Assist with internal communication initiatives related to recruitment updates

and employee engagement activities

Collaborate with Marketing or EBIC teams to improve recruitment visibility and social media presence

Contribute ideas and process improvements to optimize sourcing strategies
